What do I need to run it?

MetaTrader 5 with any MT5 broker, running on a computer or VPS that stays on while you trade. The web terminal works in any modern browser.

Can I use it on a live account?

Yes. Every terminal starts on demo, and you switch live on for each account yourself. Every order is placed by you.

Does Stopwise tell me what to trade?

No. Stopwise is software for managing risk and placing your own orders. It gives no signals or advice.
